We collect information you submit, such as your name, email address, moving plans, timeframe, budget range, and message. We may also collect basic analytics information about site use when analytics is enabled.

Private browser storage

The My Move dashboard stores saved resources, tool results, checklist progress, and neighborhood history locally in your browser. This information is not sent to us unless you choose to email a plan or submit a form. You can erase it from the dashboard at any time; clearing browser storage also removes it.

How we use it

We use submitted information to respond to your request, understand site performance, prevent abuse, and improve our guidance. We do not sell personal information.

Service providers

Information may be processed by hosting, analytics, email, scheduling, or customer-relationship providers that help operate the site. Their use is limited to providing those services.

Retention and choices

We retain information only as reasonably necessary for the purposes above and applicable obligations. You may request access, correction, or deletion using the contact form.

No online system is completely secure. We use reasonable safeguards and may update this policy as the service changes. The effective date above identifies the latest revision.
